FlexSystem Showcases new iOS Expense Management Solution to Hong Kong Businesses
On May 18, 2017, FlexSystem hosted an interactive workshop to showcase its new BusinessPlus Expense iOS T&E and Expense Management Solution to representatives of Hong Kong businesses.
BusinessPlus is a start-up division of FlexSystem focused on the latest trends of cloud computing and mobility solutions to facilitate the digitalization of corporate processes, as well as any required integrations between front facing mobile processes and core back end processes.
BusinessPlus Expense provides a web-based platform for companies to streamline expense-related reimbursement processes from online expense request to supervisor approval on expense claim to financial analysis. General expense, T&E expense and ad-hoc Payment Request are well categorized to facilitate employee processing while administrator can gain control over major employee-initiated spending. Apart from integration with G/L (and A/P), it features mappng those expenses to project code and cost centre respectively. Built-in business analytics also provide intuitive reporting tool to analyze expenditure patterns for costing saving.
