Build a Speech-to-Text App Using iOS 10
Earlier this year at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), Apple introduced a new speech framework called Speech Kit – a useful API for speech recognition in iOS 10. With Speech Kit, developers can leverage the same powerful platform Siri uses for speech recognition. While there are a handful of speech recognition frameworks available today, they are either very expensive or simply inadequate to be effective.
To demonstrate the capabilities of the new speech framework, AppCoda developed a comprehensive tutorial containing step-by-step instructions to create a speech-to-text application using Speech Kit.
